"NO SHARED RECORDING FOUND"

I get notifications sent to my email and cell phone.  This works well.  However, I cannot view the video.  An error message of "NO SHARED RECORDING FOUND" is all I get.  I need to log into my system remotely to view the recordings.  Can I get them immediately on my device?
