Details of what you've tried and how you've tried it help. Assuming that you've claimed the base first before attempting to sync the cameras, be sure to only briefly press the base sync button - don't hold it for 2 seconds.  Sometimes it helps to remove all devices in Settings, My Devices, hold the reset button until the LEDs flash and start fresh.
