Can't detect base station

I got a new router from cable company. Installed and all devices except arlo working fine. Removed base station from my app to just start fresh, but no matter what I do it won't detect it. Tried factory reset but the lights don't turn amber like they are supposed to. Help!

To factory reset the base use a paperclip to hold in the reset button for at least 10s until all lights turn amber. Do not touch any other buttons.

Thanks that worked. The app told me to hold the sync button too while resetting! Yay!
