Can't connect to the internet

I set up the system last night. It worked fine but today it says that it is not connected to the internet.  If I move one of the camaras it sends me video however I can't see live video? What gives.

There are various things that can cause this.  Typically, when I have some sort of display issue, I log out and back in and the problem will clear itself.  Can't explain why this helps, just that it does.  If that's of no help, try power-cycling the base station.  You shouldn't need to do this on a regular basis - if you do, something is wrong.

 

Also, try both the app and a browser.  If the browser has an issue, try a different one.  Sometimes clearing the browser cache helps, too.
