Can't add devices to user

My Arlo account has about 15 cameras and about 30 users under shared access. I've been unable to add cameras to users to give them access. I can remove access for a camera, but I can't add any to a user. After hitting save, nothing happens. If I create a new user I can add cameras during the setup process, but once the user is made nothing can be added

You will most likely need to remove all shared users from your shared list, make the device changes you need, then generate shared users invites again and have them use a PC to accept the email invite to open a browser to login and action the new devices in their apps.

Arlo's never said there's a limit, but it's possible there is one and that you've hit it.

 

You might consider using using fewer "friend" accounts (using the same username and password for some users).  Managing access is a bit harder, as you'd need to change the password when you drop someone from the list.

What happens after you press save? Does the save icon fade from pressing it, do you check the shared account and the device dd not show up?

After hitting save it refreshes the page as if it goes through, but no changes are made to the devices. Unless I'm removing a device from a user, that works with no issues

Just to give an update on this, I've been having this same issue for about 6 months now, but it appears to just be working now. I have no idea what changed but it seems to alright now
