Can't add arlo wire free

I have just added an additional Arlo to my system. On my iPhone 6 I just pressed “add a device” and it was easy. I have now tried to add to my wife’s iPhone X and although the release of the App is the same, there is no Arlo option (only Arlo Go) so I can’t add it - help! I tried the Arlo Go option but it didn’t work.

If you have already added the new camera (?) to your Arlo system, you do not need to add it to your wife's phone.

 

What are you trying to do with her phone?

 

Give her access to your Arlo system?
