Can't Log In on Older iPhone with the latest Arlo App

I have the Arlo App installed on my Apple iPhone 5c.  Firmware version 10.3.3.  Apparently I cannot upgrade to a newer version on the 5c.

Arlo app used to work well, even after the Legacy app was discontinued.

When I try to Log In now, I get a  message telling me that I need to upgrade the Arlo App.

I deleted the old app and installed the new app, but I continue to get the same message.

I went through the installation procedure several times with no luck.  Annoying vicious circle.

Anybody have any ideas?  (other than buying a newer iphone).

No answers... like my older iPad, had to upgrade once the iOS was to old to run newer features.

ANother choice is to use the web client using a browser set to use the desktop version of the site.

Using the web client I can log into my account  but cannot view the cameras.  Arlo has assigned a case number but I have not gotten a response for them.
