Can not activate Two-Factor authentication receiving error

Attempting to activate two factor authentication. Recieving the same error on web portal and mobile with message "Somthing went wrong" on the mobile and no user visable message on web portal Actual web portal message: https://ocapi-app.arlo.com/api/enableMfa code 400 error 9280 message Not enough factors found

I'm going to do somthing here that I never expected to do. I did not expect my post to a community board to result in a result that was both timely and effective. I am pleased that, providing specific accurate required details regarging an error situation, can in fact result in a quick and effective resolution with little user acction required. Two-factor authentication is now active and performing as expected. Thank you to the community rep Shayne (hopefully spelled correcly) and whoever the Tech was at Arlo that corrected the issue.
