One camera stopped connecting. Using same battery and tried pressing on sync but turns amber.

I have two of these cameras and one connects to the base just fine however the second suddenly stopped connecting. I'm using the same batteries that work and the other one but when I pressed the sink light on top of the camera it flashes blue a few times and then turns amber and never syncs. I'm guessing the camera is just broken but thought I would check and see if anybody has any suggestions? Thanks!

If you're only briefly pressing the base sync button and not holding it for 2 seconds, I'd guess a bad camera. If new, swap at the store. Otherwise use the Contact SUpport link at the bottom here.
