I recently installed 4 Arlo Wireless smart cameras with night vision and no audio, and have a 5th on the way today. As of 4 pm they were working flawlessly. Now all four cams are viewable live but do not record to my library or send notification to my Mobile or email. I can take pictures of my live views and they store in my Library. I confirmed all settings are ON, I restarted the app, I turned the modem off leaving it off for a few mins and restarted it. I even tried shutting down 3 cams and only recording from 1 with the motion detection at it's highest level. The battery is showing extremely low on 1 cam even thought I just installed them yesterday and its not a camera frequently used and other times it shows it has it has 2 bars left,. The only thing I can figure is there must be one setting i'm some how missing. Please help this rookie user. everything was working so well I Don't know what happened! Thanks in advance!

Check the running men in the Cameras tab.  I'll wager they're gray, not black, meaning motion detection and recording are disabled.  You will need to enable a mode that turns them on.  Go to the Mode tab, select your system and at least use the Armed mode (was the Disarmed mode selected?).  Better yet, create at least one new mode and set it up the way you'd like.  Note that to add more cameras, you'll need to reedit the mode and add camera rules for the additional cameras.  Be sure to save anyplace it's presented (may be at the top or bottom).

Battery life can be an issue of the WiFi connection to the base.  Distance, obstacles, or other 2.4GHz wireless devices all figure in.  You may need to relocate the camera and/or base to get a better connection.
