Hello - I have 2 Arlo II, 2 Arlo 3 cameras and 1 Arlo doorbell. Installed in 2021 for the cameras and 2023 for the door bell. I did an upgrade as per Arlo I no longer receive motion alerts to my phone. I’ve done everything from restarting and reinstalling everything to checking all possible settings. Still nothing. I’m now looking to replace Arlo with something else.

If you "did an upgrade as per Arlo" means you now have the new interface that uses Feed to view recordings, go to Routines and edit all 3 modes to verify they have appropriate rules for the cameras, including notifications. The migration process doesn't always get things sorted out properly so checking is useful. Also check any schedules/geofencing you have used in Automations since those may be the issue.

Good afternoon, 

   Just by chance, would it be a problem because I don’t have a subscription plan? 
I did go into each camera and doorbell to check all the settings. I know it might be easy to do, but I don’t see anything that stands out as being an issue.
