Out of nowhere my cameras stopped working. My WiFi is fine and the base is lit up as if it’s connected to the internet (it’s plugged straight into the router). I first tried to remove the cameras and re-sync them. Doesn’t work. Then I removed the base, and now it says it can’t find the base to reconnect. Do I need to buy a new base? Whole system? This one is 3 years old. No clue what else to do.

Did you try resetting the base (with a paperclip)?

 

Also, if you are using the app for onboarding, you might try switching to a PC (my.arlo.com).

I did reset the base. It didn’t help. I’ll try the PC option. Thanks!
