My cameras work on my iPhone and iPad but not on MacBook Air? Weird. Says Timed out...Any ideas other than new batteries and reset of computer? Thanks in advance

I'm having a similiar issue.

 

Everything works fine on my iPhone with the Arlo app but when using my.arlo.com on my Macbook Air and Safari browser the cameras take forever to livesteam (up to a minute) or just time out completely before connecting.

 

Firefox seems to work better so maybe it is a Safari issue?
