I bought the 6-camera pack (4 wireless, 2 ARLO wired cameras) and so far it's done excellent. Lately though when I log into the ARLO app on my Android phone, I am seeing 2-4 cameras randomly disabled. What is it that could be causing these cameras to be disabled? I arm and disarm them, but never go into the individual camera settings to disable them.
All of the cameras have the latest firmware update.

UPDATE - I don't know what happened, perhaps an app update or something, but I am no longer having this problem. The best kind of problem is the one that goes away on its own...

Same here, I have 5 wireless cameras and 2 of them (the same two) randomly keep disconnecting. I have tried bringing the cameras closer to the base station but it makes no difference. This has only recently started happening, the batteries are fully charged.

I'd download the netgear Wifi analyzer app in the Andriod store to see what your Wifi enviornment looks like.... It will give you an idea of your signal strength at the camera, channel conjestion, etc.....

i will try the wifi analyzer but my issue is not a "disconnect" issue, it's that the cameras are "disabled" and I have to go into the settings for each camera to re-enable them to work. Perhaps a connectivity issue could cause the camera to be disabled, but that woudl be very disconcerting as one would hope that the camera would continue to try to connect if there were signal issues and not simply give up and disable itself.

I see what your saying now.....
I would test it by using the the WEB applcation on our computer. If that is pretty stable, meaning that the camera does not turn itself off, I would test it further by clearing the Cache on your Android device and see if you get the same problem.
