Hello, just woke up this morning and all four of my cameras were off-line??? The batteries were all good as I just replaced them last week. I had to sinc all four cameras again to make them work. Can anybody add to this as to why this happened? I'm concerned if I'm out of town and this occurs again. Thank u...😄

It's not normal but the latest firmware updates seem to have triggered this for some reason. You took the appropriate steps and (theoretically) shouldn't have to do it again.

Our cameras keep going offline too.

I have seven of their cameras. Four now will not connect and the remaining three, will lose their connection and after doing at least one power off, will eventually reconnect.

But what can one expect from a company that claims that the batteries will last up to 3 months. I have to change batteries at least once a week.

We have gone through batteries like mad. We change sensitivity. Angle and toggle off. When we know a lot of in & out . The cameras are still off line and I'm getting pissed.. found an online place for reasonable $$ for the batteries ..

Ok. So restarted the system 4 times before all cameras came back online. Anyone else think it's absurd ??

That could point to a number of possibilities, such as a failing base or some sort of issue connecting to the servers (could be anyplace between the base and the server). An upload speed issue could be part of it - what is the tested speed from speed test.net?

What ever update they did keeps logging the cameras off line. 3 up 1 off restart 3 off 1 up. This is getting ridiculous...... not our internet.

Try power cycling the base and open and close all battery doors. Any luck?

trying to power  on and off, open door & restart. can not get all 4 to work at once.

currently have 3 running 4th off line..  I  don't know what else to do..

Not happy  really pissed we spent so much money on these cameras.

There's one more thing that support will want you to do before sending you an RMA.  Reset the base using the reset button until the LEDs flash amber.  Remove all devices in Settings, My Devices.  Use the Add Device button in the Devices tab and add the base.  Sync the cameras.  If that doesn't work, you'll need to contact support for further help:
