Cameras not showing things like before the free trail

Any idea of how I can cancel the free trial? 
or put it on hold?

I miss just being able to look at my cameras and see what’s happening

Like today when I heard a noise out front, my cameras wasn’t showing me anything but when I went to my door and stepped outside, I saw that there was someone walking through the neighborhood, videoing everything

Also, I have a bad knee instead of being able to scroll through my camera and see if the mailman stopped at my mailbox today I have to go down the steps walk over to the mailbox to see if this is not comfortable with a bad knee

I do not like this free trial it might be different if one of my children were able to come over and help me with it but right now they are not available for that

The free trial will expire on its own. You can't cancel it.

However, you can still use live view the same way as before (I guess that's what you are saying). The cloud recordings aren't interfering with that activity in any way.
