Cameras Suddenly Offline and Car Break In

Our outdoor security cameras went offline without warning yesterday and with 75% battery capacity.  Overnight our neighbors' car was broken into, which would have been recorded had the cameras ACTUALLY BEEN WORKING.  We have had these for less than 2 months and the batteries were working, this is ridiculous.  I'm livid.  We made no changes to anything prior to these going offline.
