Cameras Coincidentally Down/Offline After Leaving for Vacation

I have never been this upset in my life before. I purchased two Arlo cameras two weeks ago as I was told that the apartment I recently moved into has been robbed multiple times before and the neighbors have been untrustworthy since I’ve moved in. I was going to move out but instead thought I’d rely on these cameras for when I am 3,000+ miles away during the holidays. I monitored them for weeks and even before I left the apartment I tested them and they were recording for 20 minutes prior. Coincidentally on my way to the airport they ALL shut off. Nothing is online. The base is offline. The cameras are offline. How could this be after weeks of testing them and even to the milisecond before I left the apartment they were recording? Now there is no other option other than to fly back 3,000. I am so upset I can’t even explain this.

We have no way of helping because you/we have no idea what's going on. We need to know things like if there's power and Internet to your apartment as well as what the LEDs on the base are showing. It's possible that it's just a display issue - try both the app and a browser to see if there's a difference.
