Arlo Base Stations (WMB3500) HOW TO COMPLETELY SHUT OFF THE MOTION DETECTION

I just purchased this 3 camera wifi system.

I cannot find a way to completely shut off the motion detection so that it does not detect any motion. I just want to view the area but not have motion detected.

ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

ALSO IF ANYONE KNOWS A DIRECT PHONE NUMBER TO TECH SUPPORT SO THAT THEY MIGHT HELP, I WOULD APPRECIATE IT.
