Camera wont sync

Have had this system for a couple of years, put new batteries in one camera, now it wont sync blue light flashes slowly, has been flashing for about 15 min.  Tried all trouble shooting suggestions.  Nothing worked!

You should explain what "all troubleshooting suggestions" means since we don't know what you've found and tried.

Have you rebooted the base? Is the camera near the base? Are you pressing the base sync button trying to get it o sync (normally after a battery change no such procedure is needed)? If so, are you just briefly pressing the base sync button since holding it, even for the recommended 2 seconds, can cause problems? Have you removed the camera in Setting, My Devices and resynced?
