Hi, i bought 3 cameras two days ago, 2 of the cameras are fine connected and updated with no problems however 1 of the cameras is fine but only problem is the firmware update is not working, i have unplugged the hub and reconnected the camera but still won’t update, i have tried to update via the hub on the app but no update available to update? also i have switched the camera off and reconnected however still no effect the camera will still not update its firmware? would anyone be able to help? or may just give it a day and then just ask for a replacement?

thanks for the reply, however the camera started working after a couple days, not sure, guess just needed time like any other piece of technology thanks for coming back though
