After Verizon's phone service went out, camera keeps saying offline

After Verizon’s phone service went out last week my camera keep saying offline and I have tried to turn everything off and back on. Any suggestions? Thanks

Do you use an app or run dsl on verizon ?

Not clear what the verizon has to do with the system?  Better info may help

I only use the recent updated version of arlo on my cell phone. My wireless is with Comcast but everything else works For wifi except Arlo

Are you referring that your camera is showing offline on your Arlo app when you're connected to WiFi? Does your camera show online when you're using cellular data?
