Changed the batteries in one of my cameras, and cannot get it to reconnect. I have reset and reset. I have resynced and that shows ok, but live view says not connected. Also motion dection does not work. Have reset base station to no avail. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Open battery door for a bit and check proper placement of cells., reclose
Go into setting and for that camera and Remove Device ( so cam is fully gone)
Bring cmaera back in as if new with sync.... Remember it's a quick press of sync button on base,don't hold..then about 3 sec later push button on cam

I have done that very thing several times, still no luck. It syncs ok, just doesn't catch motion. Will not show live view, will not snapshot, will not go into position mode. When I try live view it says not connecting to media server-try again. It shows good wifi signal and 4 bars on battery. I am not sure, but I believe this is a rma camera.

There is also a faint click when motion is detected, not as loud a click as the other camereas. The running man is orange, but nothing shows on the screen or in the library. Also the red led lights do not come on for night vision. Night vision is turned on.
