I could not get my Arlo camera to sync to my iOS after it went offline, so I deleted it. When I tried to reinstall it, my iOS continually searched for the camera and could not find it, however, if I removed the batteries from my camera my iOS knew that I cut the connection and stops trying to connect.  My iOS knows the camera is there but won’t connect. Any thought on how to get it connect.

Are you still experiencing this issue? Have you tried to remove & re-install the Arlo app?

It still is not working. I did remove the batteries and I even put in fresh batteries. It will not sync.
