Base station IS connected to the internet. Camera's previously synced but since purchasing a new router I cannot re-sync them to the base station. After each attempted sync, the camera blinks a rapid amber color indicating the connection to base station was unsuccessful. Please advise.
My router is a Linksys WRT1900AC

Just guessing here so take it with a grain of salt...
Have you powered down the base station after replacing the router? The base sets up its own WiFi network with the cameras and is usually on the same 2.4GHz channel as your house WiFi. Perhaps that's somehow goobered (technical term). It might be worth using a WiFi mapping app on your phone/tablet to see what channels are in use - you should see both the router and a NETGEARxx signal on the same channel.
Another possibility would be to use a long Ethernet cable and move the base to a different room, at least for troubleshooting. When the base is not in close proximity to the router, it should choose its own channel.

Added a new base station at our mountain house and after syncing 2 cameras will not sync any more. Tried two new cameras in a row, no joy. Get a slow blinking blue that turns amber. The internet is running very slow today,

AFAIK, Internet speed has nothing to do with pairing the cameras with the base. I suppose it's possible but someone else would need to verify that. Maybe a reset is needed?

So I had the same problem, after installing a new router. So I just opened the batteries on one of my cameras after doing that all cameras, came back and are now reading.

Ok so to clarify, it looks like I need to do that with each camera, just open batteries, so that it powers off, then closing the battery case again, makes the camera work.
