Camera too sensitive

Camera constant trips. Sunny back yard. Some shade from trees. Have adjusted sensitivity to 25, and brightness to both ends of setting. Camera still activates false movements. Camera is in position where needed. What setting can i adjust to stop the false readings, 10 recordings in 15 mins is average. Nothing passes camera view. Have already exchanged the camera. Dont suggest relocating, that is not an option.
If movement if a trees shade movement causes activation of camera, this will be returned asap

Are you setting senssitivity in your modes? Some folks think that the Motion Detection Test is where to set it but that just gets you a number.
