Camera stopped working after app updated

One of my 2 cameras has stopped recording after app was updated. I have re-synced the camera to the base station a couple of times, and this does not work. The camera batteries are at 87%.

The camera began by showing fuzzy videos, then stopped recording altogether. It will show a live picture sometimes, but does not respond to movement.

Open and close the cameras battery door to reset the camera..let them re-sync ( should do it automatically )

 

After above, reboot the base unit by using the power button

 

If all above doesn't work there are other things that can be done
