Hi - my camera's are appearing offline and asking me to check the base station is connected to the internet.  I have powered on the base station a few times and re-synced the cameras, but have the same issue.  The base station has always been showing green bars to indicate it is connected to the internet.  I know the cameras are connected as they are picking up motion and sending me alerts on my phone, but it won't let me log on to the devices.  It seems like others have had the same issue in the past, but I haven't been able to find a fix that has work.  Any ideas??

take one of the troubled cameras

open the battery door

go to settings and for that camera, use REMOVE DEVICE

close battery door

bring back camera as new with sync

Hi TomMac - the below fix didn't work unfortunately.  We have a spare base station and when we change that, it works, so seems to be something wrong with the base station - any ideas what it could be?

Yup, it's broke.  🙂

Hardware failures happen.  If still within warranty (1 year), you should be able to get it replaced.
