Camera is not turned on and is offline. Unable to turn it back on through settings.

notice says camera is not turned on and is off line but it will not let me turn it back on in my settings neither on my desktop or my phone, getting real frustrated with these cameras!!!!

"off" and "off line" are different things.  You can turn on a camera after you turn it off, but you cannot turn on a camera that is offline.  That is because the system cannot reach the camera, so it cannot control it.

 

The VMC3030 camera (the model number you chose) has removable batteries.  Have you checked that the batteries are ok?  Have you tried removing and reinserting the batteries?

 

If you have a different camera, please let us know the model.
