I have determined that your ARLO customer support, which is clearly off shore, is the absolute WORST! I cannot physically understand (language barrier) the people you have calling me back to try and trouble shoot my Arlo camera, which was having trouble connecting to Verizon network. Constantly had to ask them to repeat themselves to clarify what they were saying. INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING TO SAY THE LEAST!! I AM SCRAPPING THE WHOLE THING AND GOING WITH ANOTHER CAMERA BRAND.
