Camera failed to connect and camera offline

48B45A7TFC037 Camera is showing only white - no picture. The request to go live times out. The camera failed to connect is the message. One camera is working fine. The third camera went offline mysteriously. I am not there - which is why I bought this system. I'm not happy - obviously.

Consider a reboot of the base station, you can do this remotely by logging in to your Arlo account > navigate to Settings > My Devices > select your base station > Restart. Allow the base station to come back online and try streaming the camera again.

 

The camera that is offline could be offline due to low/depleted batteries. Consider a fresh set for this camera to see if that allows the camera to come back online.
