Can I view camera from about 22 miles? My elderly parent refuses to move and has lost her short term memory. Can I view her from my IPhone at that distance and better?

If you have access to the internet, you can view from basicly anywhere on a computer or ios/android device.

On my last cruise, I was watching the kids in the home on an Ipad from the middle of ocean.
