Camera Offline

When I left my house all 5 cameras worked, a day after I left one camera went offline.  Is there a way to bring it back online while away from the home?  I tried restarting the base but that didn't work.

The problem has been solved, partly thanks to Kim at tech support.

The camera is OK, but the batteries were defective and somehow were causing the connection to the hub to be dropped. I inserted brand-new batteries into the camera and now it works fine.

This could be due to depleted batteries. Try installing a fresh set and see if you experience the same behavior.
