My camera is recording properly but when I go into the library to play the recording I get a black screen. I am able to download the recording to play it but I used to be able to view it without downloading. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

There's a number of threads on this already. It's likely that you're using W10 and IE or Edge. The latest MS updates did something that causes this problem. Until someone figures out how to fix it, use Chrome or Firefox.
