Also power cycle the base. You may need to reset the whole system since the amber Camera LED shows that the base needs claiming.

Try a reset. Remove all devices from Settings, My Devices. Use the Add Device button to add the base and sync the cameras. Verify your firmware is updated by comparing to what's in the Release Notes section here.

I'm wondering if it's not the batteries. The camera flashes amber once, then it will flash a few times, then one. Not a rapid flash. I just changed these batteries too. But used energizer ones.

A slow flashing amber LED indicates low batteries. Try installing a fresh set and see if you still get the same behavior.

Thanks ... That's exactly what it was. Occurred to me that when Irma was coming through, the wind kept setting off the sensor and sending alerts. That drained the batteries I'm guessing. And those batteries were pretty new. So lesson, when a storm is coming adjust the sensitivity.
