Camera keeps going offline...
Took ages to find a phone number...
Took ages to get through on a call...
Only to have the tape go quiet, and nobody talks! Not happy!

Does your camera use  four CR123 batteries?  Or does it use a rectangular rechargable battery?

Hi I believe they're the rechargeable CR123 ones, not rectangular., They're short cylindrical shaped.

This particular camera is in my neighbours garden, which is just across a couple of parking spaces

We can't think why it keeps going offline. We've moved it so that no solid structures above it. I'm needing to charge it up and/or re-sync it.
It's not more than 300 ft away atall. It's about three car lengths away.

If you have a second camera, try swapping them, and see if the problem stays with the camera (or not).

 

300 feet is a fair distance from the base.  Is it possible to move the base closer? Or is that not practical?

I swapped the cameras but it still goes offline whichever camera is over her garden. I've got my camera back now because gave up having to keep resyncing it.
