Brand new cameras out of the box won't record video to library

Just received my Arlo camera system and began setting it up, straight forward set up and I have arranged my cameras in the positions I want them but...... they don't want to record video and save them in my library even using the pre loaded "all motion" setting

Can someone please enlighten me on how to sort this out.

You may have an old version of SW on the base....

can you check in Arlo base setting... it should  be 1.8.xxx    something

If your seeing 1.4.xxx then you may need a reset of the base.

I have the same puoblem and can't get an answer.

Problem solved... shut down base station and prompted me update firmware on cameras, work a treat now!

Is your base station/camera prompting for an update as Adanc_149 indicated above?

If so, did performing the update resolve the issue?
