Hi, I sent off for redemption of the bonus camera on or about 06/04/17 which is the day i purchased the security camera. I now understand that it takes upto 30 working days after the promotion to receive the bonus but how do i know whether you received it as the only communication i have received back is an email on whether i wanted to upgrade. do i wait until the end of May or is there some way of checking.

Hi. Is there anyway that Arlo/Netgear can confirm that redemptions were received and that cameras are being sent? I know I submitted the redemption but have not received any acknowledgement at all of the redemption or when the camera is likely to be received. I purchased my system in mid March and submitted the redemption soon after.  Many thanks.

Hi JamesC, I had to phone Netgear Arlo again yesterday as nothing had happened meaning the terms and conditions had not been meet. I will wait a few days to see what happens before I make a formal complaint to Harvey Norman.

I have been informed that the cameras for this promo are shipping now and should be received soon. Expected delivery should be the end of this week or early next week.

Hi JamesC, still waiting. Hope the bonus camera offer wasnt a scam. Purchased Arlo unit 6th April and still waiting for bonus camera despite 3 emails and 2 phone calls. Kevin
