Hi, I can't seem to find any information on when the Bouns Arlo Wire Free Cameras are going to be shipped out to users.

I have submitted my online claim and received a confirmation email however there is no contact information for follow ups.

 

How can I get an update on the status of this offer?

Hi Elroy,

I did receive mine on Monday 15th via express post.

If you still haven't received yours I would contact Netgear I found them to be helpful in giving information on this.

I would have your serial numbers ready as they may need it to check.

where can I find out about this bonus offer? Never saw anything about it.

I think it might have been Australia only but they have been advertising it online and even on TV.
Basically buy minimum 2 camera and base station kit and you are eligible.

I think it's could be a trick from Netgear.

Let think for a moment, why wouldn't anyone from Netgear responding to this thread posted on their website. It's sound very shifty to me.

Actually I finally managed to get onto support who were able to check. Apparently I have to wait till after the end of April and then if I still don't get it then they will follow up. So it is legit. I will post back either way so give it a couple of weeks.

Hi Elroy,

Since the promotion has finished then I guess the website would be disabled until the next promotion.

If you have already submitted your request you should still be able to contact Netgear Support to track your request.

There were no support links from that webpage anyway you need to contact the standard support for Netgear.

From here you can start a live chat and ask them to check. Thats how I did it.
