Been trying for a month to get my wireless base and camera devices back online
( Base and four camera via Arlo iPhone App) Just now August 28th, 2019 find out Arlo Netgear parted ways. App shows no devices. Attempt to re-add base station to be able to re-add cameras. (For uptenth time) Unable to do so. NO DEVICES FOUND!!) Arlo app states devices not found!!
WTF!!

Attempted several times to reach tech via Internet and support at ‭+1 (408) 907-8000‬
350 E Plumeria Dr
San Jose CA 95134

No help!! Even left my name and phone number at above number. Have yet to get a response!!

That's not the correct phone number for support.  Use the info in @TomMac's link.

I have 1 camera out of my original 4 working as it should. One of the others periodically will connect to base station and the other 2 just flash a blue light whilst trying to sync with no joy connecting, then get an orange light.
