Restarted Base Station 3 times and shows green lights but still shows offline

Every time I have to reset my router my Arlo goes down of course but it’s always a pain in the as* to get everything back online. Right now I have restarted my base station 3 times, every time all green lights but when I open the app to check it, base station is offline.... am I missing a simple step??

I occasionally have the app showing things as offline. I just quickly force stop the app and open it again. No ide why that's needed but that's usually the fastest way to see the system.
