Battery still low after changing to fresh batteries

I have not turned my cameras on in a long time.  They all state battery very low.  Changed the battery inall 4 cameras however it is still saying batter low and it will not bring up my cameras.  My base station is on line however I cannot get anyof the cameras to work and 3 of the 4 show batter less than 3 percent.

After changing the batteries out, try a power reboot of the base via the on/off button
