I have two Arlo cameras and on one of the the image turned red. I called customer support and because the camera is covered under the warranty they are willing to exchange it. I asked the representative if I could have the new Arlo Pro instead because I was looking to upgrade my cameras anyway. I am willing to pay for the differennce. She said no and they are going to send me the same camera. It doesn't make any sense. They are going to send me a new camera that I'm not going to use and are not flexible on letting existing customers upgrade. I will have to buy two new Arlo Pro cameras and throw in the garbage the new one they send me without even taking it our of the box.

No joke tho... your warranty covers that item, not an upgrade. Both cameras work as well as they did before you decided to upgrade.
It dosn't mean the older cameras are usless.
