I  now have 2 cameras that run down the batterys after 48 hours.  I have replaced with Duracell, top of the line and still both do the same thing.  Before anyone states the obvious I run 3 systems, over 20 cameras.  Any Ideas?

Please make sure you are also using the right batteries for your Arlo camera. Click here to see info of what kind of batteries to use.

 

Also, please make sure you have updated the firmware. See How do I update my firmware when I am prompted that a firmware update is available? and How can I trigger my Arlo system to update its firmware?

Hi Tad,

 

In addtion to what had JennC has mentioned,  I suggest using rechargeable batteries to the Arlo cameras.  You may refer to this forum link below as the battery usage versus time were indicated shared by contributors here in the Arlo Community:

I have all the firmware up to date. I believe I have 2 bad camera's  Guess I will call support.
