Batteries weak

Camera stopped working 30 days ago when batteries showed weak. I just replaced but camera still shows green screen with weak batteries. Do I need to reset somehow?

First thing is to open and close the battery door.... when in there CONFIRM the batteries are in correctly ( label just inside the battery slots )

 

Then test again... try and also reset your browser cache just in case.

 

If none of the above works, you can remove the camera ( REMOVE DEVICE under settings ) and bring back as new with a re-sync
