Can't get recording to work

We have setup the system and can get live video to our iPhones but we can't recording to work even if setting motion detection to 100 percent. Is there a simple guide .. Thanks

quick update, we are getting alerts sent to the iphone app but when we tap on them nothing happens ?

Gjgotcha,

 

Tapping a push notification will launch the Arlo mobile app. From there, the recording can be found in the library. Are you not able to see the recording within the library?
