Batteries not lasting

Hi Arlo,

 

One of my cameras has bascially become unusable.  It is eating the batteries within a day of putting them in the camera.  I read that there was a fireware update to try and fix this back in 2015, but I am still having the problrem.  I have also confirmed that my camera and base station have the latest fireware updates.  I have four cameras, but only one camera is having this problem.  Any suggestions to fix this?

Contact support and open a case. Sounds like it could be a warranty replacement.
