Base unit will not connect, had error messages, I deleted base to reinstall and can not find. Have done factory reset, does not help. Can not be found.

Did you also remove all devices in Settings, My Devbices before trying to reclaim the base?

Hi, try checking the LED lights in front of the base. Make sure that Power, Internet, and Camera LED are green. During the installation of your base, you need to make sure that the device you are using (smart phone, pc) is connected to the same network as to where your base is plugged in, either wired or wirelessly connected to it. Also, make sure that cellular data is OFF.
