Base station is offline for the app but the internet indicator is green?

I have my base station connected to lte router. The internet light is green, but the app says the devise is offline and I cant operate the cameras nor basestation?

somtimes it's as simple as logging out then back in after rebooting the base via the power button ( turn off then on )

 

OR trying another browser like Fire Fox.
