Base station status is offline (Both mobile application and PC)
Base station show 3 green light.
I got motion detaction notification.
Video was recorded in cloud.
I can't change rule or setup base station (Because it show status offline)
I can't view camera online ( Arlo say device are offline) but I can view video recording in cloud.

I turn off and unplug both base station and internet router for 10 minutes. Then restart them but problem not sloved.
Are they any solution to slove it?

I login my alro by web browser.
removed base station from device list.
Then re-add device (base station).
Problem was solved.
